Homemade Cucumbers

Last week our good friends were out of town which meant their garden needed some tending to. Phil and I took a field trip over there and picked some cucumbers, roma tomatoes, banana peppers and poblano peppers. My plan was to can salsa and make homemade cucumbers. I chickened out though and and just went with the cucumbers.

I used my friend Lynae's recipe and it was really quite simple. Here are some pictures:
