Friday Recipe Swap :: Swedish Pancakes

Used a Swedish Pancake recipe while living in Ukraine to make blini ... we'd fill them with a cheese similar to ricotta, roll and top with raspberry jam ... delicious!
That sounds yummy. We have something similar we make called Blintz. They are Polish.
Yum! Looks like I've got something for breakfast!
